We want to make Christ known
We are the Evangelical-Lutheran Congregation of the Southern Cape. As dedicated followers of Jesus Christ and witnesses of God’s grace, we are committed to serve and care.
We strive to be a welcoming, caring and celebrating community, both for our members, as well as for the society we live in.
Afrikaans, English and German speaking people will find a true spiritual home where they can grow in their faith and find the opportunity to serve the community we are part of.
Worship Services
Every first Sunday of the month (10:00) – an English Worship Service
Every third Sunday of the month (10:00) - a German worship service with English sermon.
We celebrate Holy Communion alternatively at one of the services once a month.
(See our program for more detail)
Under the beautiful trees we have refreshments after each worship service, where we strengthen our friendship.
OUR LOCATION
Drive through the quaint village, Hoekwil, towards Karatara, turn right at the signpost, off the Seven Passes road and you will find Rondevlei Heights; an idyllic location, situated between the dairy farms on the hills of the Outeniqua Mountains, overlooking the sea at Sedgefield.
