A Memorable Sunday at Martin Luther Congregation
December 31, 2024This year, our Christmas celebration was filled with hope, peace, joy, and love. A highlight of the service was the beautiful liturgy led by Pastor Ronell, Peter Lor, and Jutta Herrmann.
Pastor Ronell shared a heartwarming Christmas story titled “The Conversation of the Stars.” In this story, Peter Lor portrayed the “Old Star – Orion,” while Jutta Herrmann brought to life the playful “Me! Me! Me! – little star.” Together, they guided us through a celestial tale where the Bethlehem Star was chosen to show the way to the newborn King.
As always, this special service drew a large gathering, with additional chairs placed in the alley to accommodate everyone. It remains one of the cherished highlights of our church year, bringing the community together to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas.
