February is an important month on our church calendar, as this is also the start of Lent

We are continuing with our two worship services a month, with an English service, and
a German/English service (mostly on the 3rd Sunday). Attached to this Pastoral Note is the
First Semester’s Worship Service List, where you can find all the important news
regarding Holy Communion, liturgists, etc.

You will notice on our programme, that we have invited our fellow COD
Lutheran brothers and sisters, from Pacaltsdorp and Hornlee, for a joint service
at Rondevleihoogte, on the 5th of February. For all three congregations this is a joyful
event, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot yet confirm, that this service
will realise, at the time of sending this Pastoral Note. We will let you know as
soon as we hear from Pastor Daryl Abrahams and his leadership team.

In the meantime, please diarise this important date.
